Folding Latch Mechanism creates a Rigid Frame. Prodeco has the best group of models of ebikes I have ever
came across. The quality of the bike itself is worth over $1000
and the motor and battery are like a free bonus. It rides just like a regular
bike with no resistance and when you want power. just press the throttle and
the 36V 250W motor comes to life and will help with the hills or just never
pedal. Actually. After the first ride. you will never want to ride a
traditional bike. The Prodeco bikes seem to be the best deal by far anywhere in
the market. We use to sell a few other brands but now only the Prodeco G Plus
bikes. Plus nobody else is doing a 2 year warranty on everything including
the battery and lifetime on the frame. I physically went to the Prodeco manufacturing
plant which is only about 20 miles from where I live and the place is first
class all the way. These guys know how to build bikes and they have been doing
it for 5 years now. If you have
any questions. please ask. there are so many ebikes. The Prodeco frames are
commercial quality and when you receive the box and open it. Did I mention 2 year warranty??? Most ebikes use
Manganese or Cobalt batteries which are now being realized within an ebike
application. They are Prismatic
cells which are the most expensive kind. They are guaranteed for 2 years also
but will last longer since there is no issue with heat. this is a huge example in the difference in stability of
these Phosphate batteries versus the others. Phosphate is the new technology and
all ebike companies should be using them.
If you
are in the market for an ebike and or electric scooter. These are the best ebikes on the market by far. On

remains in effect for 2 years from the date of purchase. it will be replaced for a new component. If for any reason your motor
fails during the first 2 years. The Mariner Sport utilizes aluminum alloys. Prodeco understands the
importance of year after year use. and an owner’s need for their bike to remain
rust and corrosion free with continued performance and good looks. Small
attention to details such as an alloy cap headset. alloy chain guard and
stainless steel spokes have been implemented throughout the bicycle. The decals are placed under the clear as not to
scratch or peel.
LiFePO4
Li-ion Battery Systems - Manganese and
Cobalt have been the main choice in Lithium cathode material used for the
lithium electric bicycle market over the past 3-4 years. The discounted cost of
these batteries comes with low life expectancy.
storage and vibration issues. LiFePO4. Besides 3 X available
charge cycles. the LiFePO4 system is highly more stable. can charge at higher
amps and does not deteriorate with heat or storage unlike the majority of the

Powered - The Mariner Sport’s motor is
controlled via a variable throttle. i.E (steep
hill. bad knee. etc...). A light press of the throttle
produces a slow and soft ride while fully pressing the throttle generates a

Disconnect 250W Motor - At only 7.5 lbs. the Prodeco 250W
mini brushless HUB motor offers high performance at a high efficiency. 250
watts is sufficient to allow a rider to power at twice the average speed of a
traditional bicycle rider pedaling. With electric bicycles. controller and battery is crucial in offering a decent range per charge
cycle. tire or tube changes are no longer an issue when

disc brake caliper includes a tool free adjusting knob for the brake pads. The rear TX120 includes aluminum cartridges

Stainless Steel Spokes - Stainless Steel 18-8 12G spokes are
thicker and up to 100% stronger than the typical 14G spokes found on most

out with fully assembled HUB motor wheels (motor. spokes & rims) being

larger than most electric bike motors available today.
To calculate the amount of powered riding per charge
for any manufacture.4V 9Ah battery system which offers 346 watts of power. divide by motor
wattage and this equals the amount of powering the ebike will offer. Example:
38.4V 9Ah = 346W (38. If traveling at 17mph (typical 250W motor). It is rare a rider powers non-stop and
therefore higher mileage is recognized per charge. Rider weight.

and pedal along more often. Avoid full throttle take offs and add coasting

Only” and “Pedal Assist combined with Throttle” were tested. Prodeco
acknowledged that the majority of riders preferred “Throttle Only” so that they
could vary the assist. “Throttle Only” also
eliminated the safety concerns of the bike lunging under pedal assistance. After a rider becomes accustomed to throttle
usage. he/she can determine the distance per charge by varying speed and
pedaling efforts. Rear Motor use varies from manufacturer
to manufacturer. The benefits of utilizing a front motor outweigh the benefits
of a rear motor. with only the axle
being slightly longer on rear drive motors. Within the ebike industry. there
seems to be a 50/50 ratio with the leading manufacturers on the preference of
motor positions. Giant© for example on the Freedom DX uses a front motor system
as well does Schwinn© with the Continental but Trek© uses a rear motor system
on the WSD 7200+. Prodeco’s Phantom X is a 500W direct drive motor and therefore on the
rear wheel but still includes the disconnect wire harness directly at the motor
for easy servicing. a free body hub will not work.
The benefits of a front motor drive are evident. such
as the balancing is highly improved. Balancing is important
and Prodeco’s battery and motor weight is almost identical. The 7.5 lb motor is at the front
which balances each other out.
